Almost! The sample graph was showing 0459 - which only had the button line on 800 (you will see the top line (800) has a different shade of blue). But all the data made it up, so I downloaded it and updated it with a new snapshot from 09.

You can control what the graph shows by changing the featured hour or minute in the post form:

The check-box determines whether it should load a minute or hour into the graph.

But I double checked for that. I'd figure that if it didn't show any data, something was wrong. But even when I changed it before the preview still showed empty data. But at least the actual post has the information now

      EDIT:

I see someone caught an interest on the FIELD testing I'm doing for your program!

      Day 11:

Okay, on LSD Base, I completely was stupid and forgot to import the featured part. Because normally when I export the overall results, it does the featured sampled just fine, but I completely forgot. I'm sorry to have you update the fail sample graphs I post >.<

Anyway, on to the pics! Some interesting things happened here. (I took an afternoon nap)

THIS IS THE INTERESTING PART....I know I was currently in a dream at this time (not lucid, I mean after waking up and looking at this again)

Oh and by the way, I had this idea that I would talk to my Biochemistry Adviser about recruiting some people to try out your program if they were interested in doing sleep research. Then I had a dream that basically showed the worst case scenario if that were to happen. But it wasn't a dream from using the FIELD, I had a weird dream of some lady sucking out the air in my body from doing it.

      But from the non-FIELD dream

Basically you were showing these people in a meeting about dreaming and all that fun stuff, then they started to think that I was some kind of visionary or nut job and most of them left. I felt kind of disappointed, but thankfully, it was just a dream.

I guess it's for the best that people in real life don't know I'm doing this in the first place. xD

And don't worry about the featured graph - I fixed it, and you should now also be able to log in to the site (from a browser) and manage your posts from there.

It looks like you were sleep-walk-clicking! What a shame that the anthem didn't play - I will update the code so that it would play at 16:24:32, in case the phenomenon ever recurs.

And good thing that you are paying attention to your dreams - that scenario would be rather awkward!

      Day 12:

Had a lucid, but I didn't enter the dream state lucidly with the method. I just had the awareness that I was dreaming rather than questioning the reality in the dream. (Pretty vivid but short dream, led me to more questions on my Dream Guide).

It was a nap I took around 4 PM and woke up at around 6:40 PM.

I see you're traveling around the world during your break

      Day 13:

Hopefully the new schedule I'll be getting used to tomorrow will convince me to get an early night's rest and have one of those rare WILDs that felt like OBEs/AP. Those were awesome, despite being short. I think I can get a longer lucidity now.

Tried taking a nap, but didn't recall any dreams sadly.

The title was empty for a while, so the image didn't make it at first. But I made a quick update to ensure there is a title.

Ah okay, thanks a lot. And that Halograph thing you're using, seems you're getting better at lucidity.

Feels kind of cool hacking into your REM cycles.

Slowly, but surely. Although it is still missing a lot of REM patterns. But hacking into dreams is definitely the ultimate!

Recalled 6-7 non-lucid dreams alone practicing the technique.

I've been busy for a while now, so I haven't done much as I did before I had the break from college. I'll post them up on LSD sometime by Friday hopefully.

I'm sorry, but I am a bit confused on what this is supposed to do. Your first post was a bit confusing for my mind .

Can you explain what this is for me, please?

My bad. You simply hold the mouse button down while lying in bed and going back to sleep during WBTB. When you fall asleep again (and let go), a countdown timer starts which then plays a song after 10 minutes. The idea is to hear the song in your dream.

Alright that makes sense. That is a good idea. I can't try it this weekend at all, but on Monday I will.

If just I could subscribe to your posts, IAmCoder. Well better discovering this late than never, I've already started some experiments for the first night but pretty much got nowhere, held down the button for one hour and though I dozed away 2 times I think I didn't release the button, couldn't fall asleep with the mouse in my hand later. Gotta try again this night, maybe more tired.

Yeah, it takes a while to get used to, especially when you feel your hand getting crampy from holding the mouse for too long, but it'll fade away the more you do it. And good luck!

Yeah it already works a lot better, not good enough for real testing but I'm slowly getting there. It also seems to help me fall asleep a lot faster, let's see if that is just temporary or if it works that way indeed.

Also I noticed some bugs about Lucid Scribe.
1: Occasionally the mouse monitoring process will be opened a second time for no apparent reason.
2: While switching away from the current user by means of locking the PC or changing the current user Lucid Scribe isn't able to detect the mouse anymore, it can however still detect CPU load. That's pretty unfortunate because locking the PC would be the fastest way to ensure not going rampant on the PC during night.

      Questions:
1: How do you usually prevent yourself from doing things on your PC while holding the mouse during sleep you don't want to?
2: What does the Playlist feature do? I can't seem to do anything with it, except for right click and then "Open File Location", which in turn doesn't seem to have anything to do specifically with the Playlist, because nothing happens when I do it there. If however I do it on Database for example it opens up a folder where see more folders, two of them for the playlist it seems (named Playlist and Playlists). Am I right guessing you can put playlist files like .m3u in there?
3: Might it be possible in a later version to set some preferences? For example like only the keyboard being able to cancel the FIELD countdown so you don't cancel it with an acidental click after releasing the button.

      Bugs:

      1. I think it's best to keep the screen up instead of minimizing it.
      2. I don't think you'll need to do a switch user option. I have a program called "Fences," and I downloaded the free version so that when I double click on my desktop, all the icons vanish, leaving a blank desktop until I double click again for them to show up again. That way, I won't click on any unnecessarily programs. But if you do the suggestion on the Answers below to your Questions, I don't think you'll have to worry about using the Fences program.

      Answers to your questions:
      1. What I do to prevent myself from doing things on the PC is if you have a mouse that has a sensor, tape it up to where it can't pick movement from the surface. Also try Maximizing the small graph that records your movements rather than the whole Lucid Scribe program. This will ensure the pointer will stay in place, and no matter how much you move the mouse, it will stay in the same position all night long.

      2. I think IamCoder will probably put that for future use.

      3. IamCoder will probably answer that for you.

      Hope this helps!

Yeah it helps a bit, I guess I'll try blocking the sensor. My desktop is empty anyway (I constantly have at least 5 programs up and running and using folders for stuff is easier than diggin my way to the desktop and back).
As for the others, as you said that's up to IAmCoder to answer.

      Thanks for all the feedback!

I have added code to ensure that the mouse monitoring process is only running once and uploaded a new installer for the mouse plugin.

The playslist feature is still on my to do list, at the very top. It has been there for the longest time but I keep getting distracted with other things.

I also plan on adding settings to the plugins and will add a keyboard-cancel check box for you.

The source code for the mouse plugin is in StayC-Sharp and is on your hard drive in the program files folder under \lucidcode\Lucid Scribe\Source Code. I had to separate the mouse monitoring process as an executeable because the cursor would lag when the system is under heavy load. And no amount of threading would solve this.
      Linkzelda41 and StaySharp like this.

Those pictures are just the detailed logs - don't worry about them for now. All you have to do is click through two files: Lucid Scribe and the mouse plugin.

Then click on Start -> Programs -> lucidcode -> Lucid Scribe, select the "Current" button and hold the mouse button down until you fall asleep.
