The General Lucid Discussion is for discussion of the matters about lucid dreaming that does not fit in any of the specific threads. A 'workshop' is a place where stuff is being crafted.
SOORY NOT WORKSHOP WORKBOOK the one่s that you find in DV academy section
Most of the lessons give (optional) tasks to do. You can post in your own workbook what you did and how it went. The teacher of the class (and other people) can read it and give advice to help you get better at it.
The DreamViews Academy is a place where there are lessons dedicated to various aspects of lucid dreaming. The General Lucid Dreaming course is taught by Matte87, one of the Dream Guides on the site. This course is all about setting goals and having a friendly competition to motivate you to complete the set tasks and increase your recall and amount of lucids you have :)
The 'workbook' is your own personal place to write down what you've achieved and things related to the course :)
