can a EILD with binaural beats work for attaining lucidity?

I've done quite a bit of research on binaural beats, and actually are what led to me my goal of LD'ing. I've tried to EILD with binaural beats mixed with messages suggesting to do RCs, informing you your dreaming and such. The BB(binaural beat) can help you become very relaxed. It might have induced SP for me, I began to feel like my whole body was quickly twitching, numbness, and I felt like I was falling(SP?) I tried to get up during it once and it wasnt a struggle to sit up. When I tried to use them, I would be in bed for approx 30min without falling asleep, then finally being attacked by minidreams, then falling asleep. Has anyone had any success with BB to EILD?

In my opinion, no. However, if you ramp down to a tone of 6.5Hz with your suggestive messages that would be a good self hypnosis induction to help with achieving lucidity.

If I want a good Binaural Beat experience I will put on an old Pink Floyd album. I say, get over it! Visualize, visualize, visualize.
