what do you personally use for REMEMBERING to rc during the day. im effective in actually checking reality...but i cant find any practical information on ways to actually incorporate it into your day. i only remember to do it when i think about LDing. im lookin for something common, but no too common...like, everytime you urinate or something more pleasant. before i drag this into the ground, what do you guys use?
I dont have much of experiece noticing that I'm dreaming by RC's. Where does your dreams usually locate to? Home, outside, school etc.? For example if you are often in your home in your dreams, you could do RC everytime you go to your room, evertime you go down/up the stairs or anything you do often.
But remember to do those RC's in real life too so you will more likely remember to do them in dreams.
Or if you do something very often in dreams, you should do RC everytime you do them in real life. And don't forget to tell yourself at night that you will do RC in dream.
my dreams always involve people i know so im trying to do a RC everytime i meet people i know. This is very hard for me, but i think im getting better at it.
ive been having these compulsive manic dreams where i think im still at work...but i dont think it woud be good to do RCs at work. im trying to sever every association i have with work because its really interering with my sleep period.
