I am working on this. I haven't had a lucid dream yet. I am trying to get there by the habit of asking the question. I have been at it for 3 weeks now. Nothing is happening yet.

I am trying to avoid MILD and WILD until I get fed up. Then I will probably try those tricks. Or maybe I will forget about the whole thing in a couple of weeks and quit trying to be lucid and in control.

Yes, that will work. Like the guy said, might take a while, but some night, you will ask yourself.

Will this method also work to have them at will? Meaning, not only by chance, but every night, unless you don't want to have them.

Actually, is it possible to choose if you are going to have a lucid dream that night or not?

Try to do those reality checks so much that it becomes a habit. Its then sort of intergrated into your personality so much that you will sometimes do them while dreaming and attain lucidity. (thats how I figure it works)
