I want to incubate and LD. Any tips?

Basically I want to incubate an LD that involves me in Star Trek or some futuristic city.

Aside from all the "just think about it tips" has anyone got any tactics that could help me?

Maybe watch a bunch of Star Trek movies and stuff before going to bed?

Visualize the scene and daydream about it, paying attention to tactile sensations, sounds. Interact with the environment and imagine yourself touching objects, doing things around the city, or even just running through it - when you do, imagine yourself being out of breath after running for a while. The more you envision yourself in the city, the better. And try watching things related to Star Trek, or looking up futuristic gadgets or inventions.
