hi everyone,
so I'm maybe a month or two new to lucid dreaming and I suck at it lol
I've had one LD that lasted literally 2 seconds and my dream recall is horrid.. I remember 2 or 3 dreams a night if I'm Lucky .. Usually just one... :(
my vividness is at a top high at maybe a 6 or 7 out of ten and at a low would be a 1 or 2... Usually a 4 or 5 lol :?
I do keep a DJ and weekly have about 4-7 remembered dreams... :roll:

Your recall really isn't that bad. For just starting out, you should be aiming for getting at least one dream a night. There are some nights where I recall around 4 dreams, and others I can't remember a thing :?. The main thing is that you're making the effort.
Writing down 4-7 dreams a week isn't the worst I've ever heard of either, so you're definitely on the right track. I'm not gonna lie, dream journaling is a chore (for me at least) and takes dedication. It's important though, for what you want to do, so keep at it as best you can.
As for the lucid dreaming part, what technique are you currently working on? Are you doing anything with autosuggestion or reality testing? Have you tried the Wake-Back-To-Bed (WBTB) method at all? That's usually a good starting point for beginners in my opinion.
I had to wait over a year for my first LD. Trust me, having an LD, even for 2 seconds, is a great success at the stage you're at.Quote:

First of all.. FT! YAY FT!
Second of all, teasea is right, your lucidity rate/recall is good, a month isn't that long.
Alright was too focused on the Natsu stuff and forgot tips <.<
Take notes when you wake up during the night, that will help with recall.
Also, try not to get up quickly, that will make dreams go away sometimes.
And remember, taking your time to think about dreams before/after sleep helps with LDing in general!

and good news...last night I got 3 dreams and sometimes I WBTB and that's if my watch alarm goes off... I am not in the habit of RC'ing because it never helped me before...the one time I LD was just telling my self I was dreaming, I already knew I was...
also I try and DILD
also the time I LD I used the lucid dreaming isochronic tone (spelled that ISO wrong) plus.. Whenever I use the ISO I tend to get better results :-P
Heh, I sometimes use FT powers when fighting actually.
And how long did you try RCing for? Also most people become lucid before the RC, the RCs are mostly used as a method to increase awareness and thus to become lucid randomly then do a RC to confirm.

What kind of RC? Did you ask anything after doing them? How many times a day?
about 7 times a day... Finger thru palm, time check, and nose plug in sequence and I understand them completely
