Found something out i beleve
I know everybody is different when it comes to lucid dreaming.
But last night pre sleep, i thought im gonna try something.
When i go to sleep, i told myself im asleep constantly to myself. So basicly i putted some sort of placebo on myself, even though i knew i wasn't asleep. but maybe my body didn't know that and thought i was asleep anyway.
The second part is i just moved my body once, afther 2-3 minutes. afther that i didn't move my eyes. although this is the hard part, your eyes wanna move so badly. It's like a reflex but with a bit practice this isn't so hard.
Then afther a minute or 2 of not moving my eyes, you start to see your vision becomes lighter, lighter. then vibrations start to kick in over your entire body + some random high pitch sounds. (this is what happens to me atleast) And i can't move, or it's very hard atleast.
Then i open my eyes, and failed badly. i could hit myself. :p
I did this twice, each time it took me around 7-10 minutes.
And i wasn't even sleepy.
So maybe the trick is not moving your eyes, and tell yourself your asleep.
I know that this is basicly a wild, but i just wanted to point out those 2 elements.
In hope i could give a lucid dream to some people that read this.
Im not sure if these 2 things are pointed out a lot in a wild, but thought im gonna share this anyway.
