Credit to LaBerge

I have been working on LDs for 5 months now, sticking with basic LaBerge DILD method, with MILD and a little WBTB.. in my case a quick trip to the bathroom. This fits my lifestyle...my wife is not a big supporter, so I dont want to disturb her sleep, which I dont. And I takes no real time out of existing lifestyle. I was averaging one a week, focusing on RCs. Recently it occurred to me I was not doing much on the other part... setting intent after awakening from a dream to catch the next dream period. Well, I just had two LDs in 2 nights, my third in 5 days. Until now I thought 1 time a week was all I could expect, but then thought that LaBerge learned to do DILD pretty much at will, so I should be able too as well

I read the forums but a lot doesnt apply to me. But I do want to give props to EWLD.. if you stick close to his prescribed method it does seem to really work. Intention for me seems to be what got me over the ''once a week'' limit. To me DILD nightly is the holy grail and I feel like I'm getting close now.

ETWOLD is definitely a good book. Here on DV, we do give a lot of credit to LaBerge, for all his breakthroughs in lucid dreaming. Dedication is all it takes :)

This. I have read the book several time, it has tons of good info.

I am currently reading his book now and is has definitely led to more success with my DILD and MILDs. Those are the two techniques I struggle with but through his methods and a mix of my own I am getting pretty good results :)

Absolutely credit to Laberge! I believe that he says in the book that MILD is the most efficient technique of them all. It can give you LDs every night if perfected. Also I like the idea that you doesnt have to RC through the day to be succesful.
I do believe though that it is necessary in the beginning, to get things rolling.

I'm reading it now as well. It has been great so far. I'm going to try the relaxation techniques mentioned as well, they seem epic :D All hail LaBerge!

That's great that you read LaBerge, Rothgar. You know, it was DILD that got me my first lucid dreams. I should really read EWOLD again. I borrowed a copy from Seeker ages ago, but had to return it.
