unreal lucid dream

hello all, iam sorry if my english is bad cause iam from indonesian

i found this site about 6 month ago and begin to have lucid dream in a week, but what strange is i feel my lucid dream is not real, meaning i can sense my real body that is sleeping, so the reality when i lucid dream is about 50-50, 50 percent my body that is sleeping at bed, and other 50 percent is my mind at lucid dream

after a few week i have more and more lucid dream, all like that, the reality is 50-50, i have tried flying, climb wall like a lizard, sense the wall and other thing with my hand ,but i can still feel my real body at bed, ohh and i have all my lucid dream in instant, not with dild, wild, or another method, meaning i get my lucid in spontaneous, without even do reality check or anything like that

after several lucid dreams, i begin to dissapoint and lazy to think about lucid dream anymore, and my lucid dream become less frequent, and now its rarely to occur

i just think maybe i must do something so my lucid dream can become more vivid and more like reality? i post now cause i remember about this site and about lucid dream, maybe someone can solve my problem please? thanks

I've heard that going to bed extremely tired can help. Also, maybe try getting an extra amount of vitamins from the food you eat?

get lots of exercise and tire yourself out. Try not to think about or focus on your real body.

if i not mistaken, go to bed extremely tired make us harder to obtain lucid dream?
and i usually go to bed when extremely tired, but looks like the result is same?
anyone have other solution pls? thanks
