You know how after you lucid and you get excited and start to wake up, it feels like you're half sleeping and you're trying to make up a day dream but you're already awake?
I get this feeling sometimes, and I try desperately to recreate the dream as it fades and I wake up. Is this the transition from dreaming to waking? or am I just dreaming that feeling?
I dunno. usually when that happens I get angry.
I sometimes feel my body in LD, so i desperately try to get back to that dream, its very hard, but i had succes one time.
I juts let it go, dont think there is nothing else to do.
There's a good technique called " dream reentry " that u can use when you start waking up from an LD... :)
Just don't move and don't open your eyes, and try to count " 1, i'm dreaming, 2 i'm dreaming, 3 i'm dreaming..." until you feel that you are no longer awake...
It is not easy, cause 50% of the time you just FA, but if you're aware anough, you can do a RC and then trigger another LD... :mrgreen:
For me it works very well, i already had like 5 or 6 LD in a row... :D
The only problem is that if you do that too many times, you start losing the memory of the first LD you had...
