EILD - Questions and suggestions

So I have been practicing LDing on and off for a few years, and I have never tried any of the EILD techniques (externally induced LDs) as explained here: (http://www.dreamviews.com/f12/lucid-...hniques-66857/)

So what I understood from my search the previous weeks was that the "sleep mask" format that I imagine will be the most usable was found in the Nova Dreamer that is not produced any more and cost around 200$ (way too much in my opinion for a bunch of LED lights).

I stumbled upon a Kickstarter project (Remee - The REM enhancing Lucid Dreaming Mask by Bitbanger Labs — Kickstarter) that seems promising but it needs to be funded in order to get the equipment (I hope).

Are there any other alternatives???
Has anyone experimented with any???

I didn't even know things like that existed, that's kind of neat.

I know some company is pretty much remaking the nova dreamer for like 40$ but the people who created nova dreamer don't seem to want to allow the production of what they are calling " a ripoff". I also see ads occasionally for a dream mask on this website.
