I was thinking about talking to myself very low and softly while I'm sleeping. Saying "Logan, you're dreaming." or something along those lines. Do you think this would help? :?

Sure! That is autohypnotism, which works fine to a point. The limitation to Autohypnotism, though, is that the part of your mind which must maintain a certain amount of consciousness, in order to keep up the repetition, is all the more mind that is not going down into the very suggestable subconsciousness of deep trance.Quote:

Recently I bought some new Software (see my Thread in the "Attaining Lucidity" Section about the Fonix ISpeak program) that uses a natural sounding human voice, male or female, to read WORD Documents. These files can then be transferred to WAV or MP3 files. You can make Hypnotic Induction Tapes very easily. In little more time then it has taken me to write this reply to your post, I could have written a few important lines for a Hypnotic Induction Tape, copy and pasted some repetition, and recorded it onto a WAV file. It could already have been finished.
To do the job right, one should know some of the basics on hypnoticism. It used to require reading a book or two, but you could simply do a few searches on line and be an expert on hypnoticism in an hour or two.
Yeah, it could work. Thats sort of like MILD i think. Leo made a great suggestion. I've heard hypnotiscm is a great way to do it, especially self-hypnotiscm but it is difficult to master. If you are interested you should contact gothlark/ldguy..not sure what his username here is at the moment. Anyway he's a pro at that kind of stuff.
