Headache while WILDing ?
Hello everyone,
I'm new member here although I'm an old guest in the forums :)
However, I've been trying to LDing since 3 months, I have good dream recall, I had about 4 or 5 LDs since I started.
I did 1 WILD successfully and couldn't do it anymore, when I WILD, I come to the stage where my body shakes like a scared baby, it shakes so strongly, it sweats, and the most weird thing, I feel a pain in my head, its like someone hit me in my head and made me passing out, however, my brain in that stage images so many scenes, some are vivid but very short, however, the shaking thing keeps distracting me, I can't fall asleep, I mean I can't go into the dream that my brain was imaging ..
I have question to professional MILDers, does MILDing always work for you, I mean do you say "I want to have LD today", and then simply you do it ?
Best Regards,

I've had limited success with MILD, seems my brain is stubborn or something :)
Have you given up on WILD totally? One thing you might try is to incorporate the vibrations into your dream image. Try something like this next time the vibrations start:
Vividly imagine you are flying through a series of force fields, everytime you pass a field, a vibration occurs.
Imagine you are flying and the winds are buffetting your body violently
Imagine you are an extreme power source and each vibration is the result of a huge surge of power going out to power a small city.
Any number of role play like that can get you through the vibrational phase.
Good luck :sunflower:

Thank you Seeker,
this is really nice and smart idea :D , I'll try it tonight.
I haven't given up on WILD, cuz somehow I'm convinced that WILDing is the most appropriate technique for me ..
I have a question, how much it usually takes to enter into dreaming when vibrations start?
Thanks again,
Regards

Hi !
I did it, it worked, you are a real professional Seeker :)
I had another problem, there was some noises, so I incorporated it in my dream, and it worked successfully..
However, I was so stupid :shakehead2: , once I entered the dream, I opened my eyes and thought "damn, it didn't work again", I was in the same room and same bed, so I didn't realize that I was dreaming, it was like a false awakening. Next time, I'll be sure to perform a RC ...
Best Regards,
