Music or certain sounds to induce lucid dreams

Anyone know any sounds,music to induce lucid dreams or a site to download a certain sound,music to induce lucid dreams.

Not sure where you could download any free sounds, but there are a lot of places on the internet that sell CD's on lucid dreaming, probably none of which would work as good as sounds you could create yourself using a program like the Brainwave generator.

By using a program like the Brainwave generator to produce your own sounds, you can experiment and find just the right sounds that works best for you, as each person is different.

The biggest challenge with using something like Brainwave generator is that it will probably take a weekend of your time to learn how to use it, but once you learn how to create your own programs with it, you can knock out a different program each night to try out, which would certainly be cheaper than buying a new CD on lucid dreaming each day.

Nice download spiritofthewolf. This file has some really great autosuggestions in it which can be helpful in helping one to remember their dreams and become lucid, and is better than any of the lucid dreaming CD's I have bought.

Definitely worth trying out. If your Windows Media player opens when you click on the link, just select Save Media As from the File menu to download it.

It will take about 5 minutes to download at high speed, and probably a lot longer for dial up.
