Hey everyone,
This is just a topic I started for my new experiment with EIDLing.
Using the free iphone app "Alarmed ~ reminders, timers, alarm clock" I will perform 3 reality checks each minute (From 5 pm to 10:30 pm, thats 990 Rc's). Incase anyone wants to join me what I did was I set a timer in the app to go off in one minute and enabled the "nag me" option to keep it repeating every minute :cooler: . Then at night I will set the timer to go off in two hours and have it repeat every minute again. Hopefully I will have hardwired the sound into my brain so that I will instantly recognize it and become lucid.
