SSILD problem

Hi guys!

This is yet another tread by me. I have this problem that I can't fall asleep after the cycles in SSILD. When I say can't, I really mean can't. It can take me a hour to fall asleep. I've tried the tips that were mentioned in the SSILD tread, but non of them worked.

Any tips for someone that can't sleep? :S

Well, have you tried IMMEDIATELY starting the cycle after waking up? I have a hard time believing that if you don't wait you don't fall asleep.

I do the cycle as soon as I turn of my alarm clock :S

go to sleep later at night. when your more tired. Or, make sure your room is in good temperature. not too hot.
I live in sweden too and I've had some problem with my wbtbs lately because of the weather changes

Actually, he's got a great point. I find it much easier to sleep when its cold. That's why I always have my fan on at night.

Well no sucess tonight, because it was this gigantic hornet in my room. When I finally went back to bed, I was to alert. :P Better luck tonight I guess...

Have you tried types of relaxation tapes like Isochronic tones and such? Puts me out like a baby.

Gotta try that :D
