If you become lucid, and realize you have control....you do anything you want to.
If you're lucid but only recognize that you're dreaming without control...well, it's just the first step.
With luck you will recognize the dream and the ability to explore it at will. Whether you see dream signs or do a reality check, once you have that control you have the option to explore this new world at will. The hard part is simply staying lucid.
Ugh, I'm in a lot of pain.
I would suggest visiting here (Attaining Lucidity subforum) and here (DV Academy) for help in getting lucid, staying lucid, and how to make it happen more frequently.
what i mean is. im Lucid in that dream, but what do most LDmers do when they start getting lucid..What do they feel in there dreams
I start by affirming I am lucid, observe and take in the scene before me, and take a moment to decide what I want to do. Then I set out to explore and everything. Sometimes I would also dream spin or look at my hands.
What do they feel?
I don't know.
I'm not sure if you're asking about emotional content, physical touch, or whether the body suddenly feels disconnected.
I know that everyone experiences the dreamworld differently, so all we can describe are our own experiences. Many of these can be found in people's dream journals.
I suppose we should ask, what do you feel?
