Problem with deild
i've been able to wake up from a dream, and stay still without opening my eyes three times now.
Everytime i had the same problem, for some reason I CAN'T stand still, my body is almost moving itself, i feel like my muscles are just jumping, and my arms try to move, even when i try to not move i end up moving
i can feel the sleep paralysis but before anything more happends i just move, i tried counting, visuals, and im not putting any attention to my body, but when i get the pulse of moving it just breaks the SP :(
i had have 6 ld dreams before by DILD and i really want o learn this
Any tips for this?

It is hard to catch yourself in time for DEILD to work. Just try anyways, even if you've already moved. The most important thing is to keep your eyes closed. Try to remember what was just happening in the dream, and ignore whatever your body is doing.
Does it feel like a hypnic jerk?

Hypnic jerk! exactly! (i just googled it, never heard of it before)
its just terrible, because i feel like deild is perfect for me, but that thig just keeps ruining it :panic:

Try meditation before sleeping. It doesn't have to be for a while or very in depth, just keep yourself calm and try not to move at all. Clear your mind and just sit there for a bit. If you do this before you sleep it should help with relaxing both when you fall asleep and when you wake up during the night.
One other thing you could try is using MILD to tell yourself that you won't move at all when you wake up. I used a similar technique when training myself to recognize when a regular dream is fading and now DEILD is one of my main methods. All you do is, while falling asleep, tell yourself, "I will remain motionless while preforming a DEILD" or anything like that over and over while you fall asleep. You can also do this while actually preforming your DEILD though it will take up some of your concentration and make actually preforming it more difficult. It's still worth a shot though.
