I have come to a conclusion that the best way to completely forget a full night's worth of dreams from your memory is to wake up to a phone call. I know I remembered at LEAST 4 dreams, however, a 2 minute conversation erased EVERYTHING...
Word of advice: Turn your phone on silent before you hit the sheets
I woke up to a phone call and it's not even for me. So I spent the next 2 minutes listening to their conversation because my grandma spoke rather loud into the house phone. Ended up I recalled their conversation more clearly than my dreams. :lol:
Haha I have done that. I was in the middle of writing down 6 dreams / fragments I believe and then my phone went off. Turns out though I had rolled over on it, called a friend, they missed the call, then called me back! Then we had this big argument about who called who at 3:00 in the morning and I forgot everything I was writing down. *facepalm*
I know how is the feeling. Some days ago, my mom called me in the morning, and I was trying not to forget my dreams... So I wasn't really paying attention to what she was saying :cheeky:. It got worse when she asked me about my opinion, and I had no idea what she was talking about :lol:.
This isn't always the case.
I once woke up from a terrible dream to the phone ringing. I woke up fine and had a ten-minute conversation with my friend.
After we hung up I wrote down the dream in detail. I hand-wrote eighteen college-ruled pages.
Some dreams are more memorable than others. ;)
