i dont know where i saw this but nesgirl told me to get hyper befoge doing wild becouse it keeps you awake and its easyer she also told me to get lots of exersise i beleive that one but not the hyper one becouse if you get hyper via lots of sugar/coffee that would make your BODY hyper and not just your mind and that would make it worse i think becouse your body has to fall asleep before your mind for a sucesfull wild. any comments?
I'm not sure about the "being hyper" bit, but I know that having a little caffiene -- just enough to help keep your mind active -- can really help achieve lucidity, whether by WILD or another method like WBTB or MILD. I know I'd never be able to get to sleep if I had a lot of caffiene, but just having one caffeinated soda or a chocolate bar seems just about right for me.

BTW, it is true! When I was little, I used to laugh my mind out at funny shows, & I really couldn't fall asleep until my body did!

caffine always seems to have a reverse effect for me I can never achieve WILD this way. But I guess everyone is different.

Caffeine helps me by making my mind more aware while I enter a WILD during the day (any amphetamine like substance will have this effect)
