Sleep Paralysis?
Hello!
I have never experienced Sleep Paralysis before and I am hoping to try the DEILD method tonight, but i always chicken out because I'm too afraid of the unexpected. So I know what to expect, I hope some of you can leave a comment below of what it feels like and how long you are in the state of SP until moving into a dream. I already know about Hypnogogic Imagery since i have attempted the WILD method before and experienced HI, but i never got to Sleep Paralysis. Any Response would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! :P

SP varys greatly for most people, some will feel intense vibrations, hear noises, see flashing light, feel like there is a lead blanket on them. Personally I love these feelings and if you induce SP with a positive thought in mind you should too. All this doesn't mean you have to feel it all though. Usually when I Deild I barely feel more than the basic vibrations, whatever you do its best not to focus on the SP, just try imagine what the dream scene would be like. Here's a good guide that can be aplied to both WILD and DEILD http://www.dreamviews.com/f79/mancon...hnique-128996/

Read around this site, there are plenty of SP experience explanations. I don't get SP very much, you shouldn't really be aiming for it. If I do, it's a slight tinglign sensation and a rushing noise in my ears.
