How to do the ADA Technique?
Hello!
I have been trying ADA(All Day Awareness) for about a week now and been trying to notice everything i possibly can, except I have one big problem i have been having. I can't keep my mind on awareness. I would constantly forget to be aware throughout the day, but when i do remember I would do it for a few minutes and then forget. This especially happens when I'm watching TV or playing video games. So my question is...How do I keep my mind on awareness constantly throughout the day? Thanks! :)
