How long does it usually take to get to the stage were you hallucinate things in your room? Because I lay still for about 40 mins but only see HI on my eyelids and my body is totally numb.

Did you tried to WILD after woke up? Because 40 minutes is much time to the hallucinations begin. Try to wake up 6 hours after you slept and try WILD or just try DEILD, DEILD can be much easier and faster, if decide to try DEILD here's a tutorial http://www.dreamviews.com/f49/yuppie...-dream-126343/
