Pulled from first Lucid Dream
About a year ago I had my first Lucid dream after using certain techniques. Due to getting busy I have gotten out of the lucid routine, but I'm going back now to try again. What I would like though is to learn how to not get pulled out of the dream again.
The lucid dream I had was obtained by looking at my watch, time jumped around like crazy and something in my brain clicked and I knew I was dreaming. Problem was once I said to myself "I'm dreaming!" The dream tunneled, things around me got fuzzy, and I was being pulled away from the scene until I woke up. The only way to describe it is that it felt like I got sucked out of the dream through a hole. I was mad afterword because I didn't get to do anything. never happened again, but I'm working at it now.
What I want to know is why this happened, and how can I stay in my lucid dream without being sucked out. I want to experience it, not notice I'm dreaming then wake up.
