Salt Cube Timer
Hey,
I've read about the salt cube timer at http://www.saltcube.com and thought about trying it out soon. Has anyone else had success with this? Also, after reading "The Tibetan Yogas of Dream and Sleep" and talking with a friend of my parents, I've found a method for better dream recall. If you tell yourself before going to bed that you're going to wake up after every dream period during the night, it's surprisingly effective. I have done that for the past few nights, and wake up after almost every REM period with full dream recall. It probably varies from person to person, but it's worth a shot. Now I'm thinking that I'd like to wake myself up right before each dream period so I could slip into an LD right away.

Yeah telling yourself that you will wake up after each dream works well for me to. Its kind of a self hypnosis. The same can be done with LD also.
Now it thought SaltCube(Saltcube is a great site btw) was the entire page. I tried to find a technique that was called Saltcube but didnt find anything... Maybe my kinetic super search skills is fading

Jammy,
I think the salt cube just refers to the actual part of the webpage that has the timer. The guy has set it up so you can modify the length on the alarms pretty much however you want. I'm going out with friends tonight so I will probably have to try it out on Sunday night, but will keep you posted. Good luck!
