i've heared a lot that reading more tutorials will make you gain more knowledge about lucid dreaming,i did that,but now i can't seem to be able to choose what tech to use,DILD,WILD,VILD,MILD...etc,i even find a problem in one tech itself,because there is a lot of Approaches for one tech,let's say DILD,there is SAT,ADA,LL,normal DILD...etc.
what should i do,try a all of the techs or focus on one :?
Try them all and see which one works better to you and your lifestyle
It sounds annoying but you should try them all and find which one you feel the most comfortable with. You can skip around if you know one of them won't work for you
Start with Mild, because it is basically DIld without the randomness. Once you become alright and get a feel for things you can experiment with different tehcniques like Deild and Wild variations etc. All the techniques like Ada or Sat work equaally well so it doesn't matter which you pick.
I suggest you write down everything you find important in you diary in one big article. That is how I eventually got around to writing my guide, by collecting all different pieces of relevant pieces of info to build my own variation and style to the technique.
do you suggest writing notes about every tech and build my own variation,sounds entresting,,but wouldn't experiancing all this techs would take me a lot of time.Quote:

If you can dedicate yourself enough, I mean not giving up for more than three months of consitent trying then it is possible for you to become a frequent lucid dreamer. Only if you feel that you can take on something like this though, that is what I did.
yea,that's sounds pretty amazing,am gonna find it a place in my program,but as you said,it takes time and dedication,and if i poor all my dedication to DEILD and find out that it's not my right tech,that can be very frustratingPS

If you are a beginner I suggest you start with the indirect way just to become familiar with your sensations of dreaming and dreaming awareness, then you can try to WILD techniques.
