just tried another random wild for an hour

well the only thing that happened was my hands went kinda numb and my 3 outer fingers on my right hand went completely numb. after my heart would race for a while i felt a little bit of full body vibrations but the few times they started they would stop just as fast cuz they would wake me up too much. i have no idea how to get past this point. i did notice however that when i tried to incorporate my fan into me flying through the air. i would feel myself going further into the wild and getting some more vibrations but they would wake me up again. how the heck do i get past this naturally without using brainwaves :?:
