How long should I set my alarm clock for? I normally go to bed pretty late like 2am, should I set it for 5 hours ahead or 4 hours or whatever?
It's up to you to set the alarm to when you are having your longest periods of REM. Personally, I set my alarm for 3 or 4 hours after I have gone to sleep, but you must experiment to find the right time for yourself. :)
