possible new lucid dreaming technique idea?
Ok so before i start if
a) this doesnt work
b) someone already thought about it
c) you lose 3 hours off sleep because off it
then please dont fill this thread with rage comments just say it NICELY.
Anyway here is the idea:
first as you are going to sleep think about something and daydream about it then keep a sign in this day dream saying something like a) you are dreaming or b) do a reality check
then just keep going with the daydream letting the sub-conscious gradually take over the daydream then when the dream has started you should notice the sign and do a reality check and the you could be lucid.
