The Reality Wall (RW)
Yesterday, I posted about my reality and dreams becoming more similar. Vortaix, who had had the same experience, reassured me that things would become normal with time. Today, they are much more clear, but that is not the point. My "Reality Wall" that caused me to confuse my realities is now gone, hopefully forever. My question is this: Is the "Reality Wall" a turning point towards gaining the skill of lucid dreaming? Will it come back, or was it a one time thing when my brain had to sort out my realities?
All feedback is appreciated. I am sorry if I typed this in a confusing way to anyone. :P

I personally haven't come across a "reality wall" like you have. But in my opinion, people perceive things differently, and consequently, our minds process things differently than others. I am not sure how the "reality wall" would result from learning lucid dreaming. I hope someone answers this, I'm eager to know as you are. :)

Well, I am not exactly certain I have experienced it as much as you have, but there has been a point at which I started to get the feeling everything actually could be a dream. Ofcourse I had already read posts saying that dreams can be extremely vivid, and that the only way to really be sure is to Reality Check, but once the realization of that really kicks in, I do think it will increase your succes in DILD, because the questioning of reality becomes really genuine.
That being said, it is not necessary to experience it to be succesful in Lucid Dreaming, so I wouldn't say that it is a turning point that every LDer has to experience
