huh?
Alright. Here it is.
The other night, as i was falling asleep, intent on getting a great nights sleep, and not even trying to get lucid, as i was taking a break.
While falling asleep, for the first time in the evening, as always my mind was daydreaming, and i suppose it got to a point that my subconscious was taking over. Me and someone were going down a very open corridor, and to the right there was some kind of graceful pool, like the fountain of youth or whatever! Anyway, we weren't even going to go down to the pool, and i suggested, 'lets go down there', but i made the comment, knowing that we were going to walk right by. I suppose i became lucid for that brief second.
This is what supprised me, i was not even in REM sleep, and dreams are supposed to happen, or mainly happen during REM.
This also happens when i take naps, i have intense vivid dreams, and what explains this?
Thanks!

Whoa, check my thread "Weirdness" in "Lucid Experiences"...
Its about the same damn thing!! I thought about something, which spawned a dream while I wasnt supposed to be in REM at all, and it was the same as the "WIDS" I referr them to sometimes, naps I take on weekends, and in the train...
