30-90 minutes?! That's WBTB (wake back to bed). What he's saying about time is that you will lose 30-60 minutes of sleep when attempting WILD. That's because the relaxation phase takes very long time. You only need to wake up that much so that you don't fall asleep normally but can relax and stay conscious. You could try ~5 minutes at first and then change it if you're too tired or too awake.
ummm are u sure hate? i think WILD is supposed to be attempted after 5 hours of sleep and waiting an hour or two after you wake up.
WBTB is esentually the same thing but without the wild
I always laugh at posts like this, no offensive intended to anyone personally. I always imagine about 6 people around this nuclear reactor thing that’s flashing red and making a loud warning noise. The people are looking through the instruction manual asking each other questions like ‘how do you make it go green again? It doesnt say nothing in here except turn to page 78’.
It reminds me of The Simpsons :P

Ok so I tried it this morning guys. The problem was when I alyed back down after 30 minutes to try it I was working on it for about 20 minutes and my want to sleep overpowered my want to WILD. Does this mean that I didnt stay awake for long enuff? or is it because im lazy? Im usually very self motivated but at 5:30 in the morning I just want to sleep!
PS: I was sore from the GYM an could not find a comfortable position

yeah the same thing happened to me this morning. i laid down and just when the HI was moving around a bit i got too tired and fell asleep. only after a few minutes too >_<
we have to be stronger mentally to make ourselves stay up and complete it. it is possible lol
ooo hey. try it after more sleep. say 6 or 7 hours. or maybe try 5 then stay up for 2 hours so u can stay awake while your body falls asleep. that helps alot too. i mean u could just stay up until the late afternoon and still make it work, as long as u can force yourself out of bed after only 5 hours of sleep that is
