I think I had my first lucid dream..

Alright, so I wake up in the morning and my stomach is hurting BAD. It hurts so bad I'm on the floor and can't take pain. Couple minutes later I tell my mom I can't go to school, it hurts too much, etc, etc. So I decide to lay back down and go to sleep. Somehow, I attain a lucid dream (I think the method of waking up and going back to sleep?) not sure but when I was dreaming it felt different, I can't explain it..

Anyways, in the lucid dream one I realized I was (I just instantly realized it, not sure how that works but..) I got real excited. Almost too excited that I felt my heart race and thought I was gonna wake up so I calmed myself down. I was in the same room I was sleeping in (why was I there?), and I look out my room window and I see a couple girls outside. For some reason I couldn't open the window, or get near it enough to do a action with it. So I say teleport me outside and that doesn't work, I say teleport someone in front of me, that doesn't work either. I got angry, and along with me being sick/stomach hurt having the actions not working properly fueled my angry even more. I just said wake me up and I woke up.

I'm disappointed I wasn't able to do anything, but can I have some feedback guys? I'm curious why I wasn't able to do any of the actions I was telling myself/dream to do. I'm pretty new to this so I don't know the correct terms etc

It's perfectly natural. Altering your dreams is just as much of a skill as attaining lucidity is. Not being able to control much the first handful of times is the norm. It will come naturally at an increased rate for each time you attain lucidity and get accustomed.

Until than, you can take a few shortcuts to help your brain make the correlation it needs. For example:
You would like to fly. You say, "I push off and fly." You jump and nothing happens. Grab something near you like a tall lamp for instance and use it as a witch's broom.
This is a random example, but what I'm saying is use something already in place in the dream, rather than conjuring, as an aide to attain the goal you're looking for.

Yeah, another weird thing is I was only able to get lucid by the method I used (waking up then I went back to sleep). Whenever I tried it normally (just going to sleep, telling myself I'll lucid dream) it never worked, and it was just a regular dream

I will agree with you there, lucids certainly feel different :P But one thing to note it that direct control is very very hard, even I still struggle with it over a year after starting. May I recommend trying passive control until you get used to lucid dreaming. For example if you want one of the people to be in the room with you then walk over to a door and expect them to be behind it. This saves your brain having to conjure up them appearing in front of you. Hope this helps

This is the sixth time i tried to have lucid dream i had it only with 8 hours of sleep with music then waking up and taking 1 hour nap. So i somehow fell asleep in dream and until then i realised i was in a lucid dream not sure how. I tried to fly but i more like floated up. Then there was this guy in the shadows so i teleported myself to my own room wich i saw newborn baby in my both hands, i kept telling myself it's a dream or something with the mirror, too there was this quite similar person who was like digitally red right beside me ( looked like devil lol ). i tried to get the window open so i could fly out but no charm i had antirush while trying to hit it and lightining bolt didn't come out of my hand. So then i teleported in to the srteet where i tried to fly but it was slow and i kept falling out of my body. Then i woke up with huge headache and my right eye hurts too-.-' but lucky to have a lucid dream i have been looking foward to this, ;)
