Anyone ever use the "cat" method

Has anyone ever used? is it any good?

I've been reading about LDing for years and visiting LDing sites and one of my observations is that almost nobody talks about CAT or even tries it.

Exactly the reason I asked my question, the only place I've ever seen it is hear on DV where it is stated as a supposedly "reliable" technique.

Thanks for bringing this technique to my attention , I'm going to try it :panic:

It works...I've used it for WILDs and DILDs, but the only thing I didn't like was how I could easily jack up my sleeping pattern after continued use.

I'm an insomniac as it is so regular sleep is too precious for me to mess up my routine. :panic:
