finally, another lucid...but I still need help.

ok, this is a first for me cause I sorta used WBTB but not really. XD; I woke up at around 11 and was very drowsy. I turned around and thought "I'm gonna have a LD" befre I closed my eyes. Well, I must've fallen asleep soon, cause I started dreaming. Here's where it was different. In my other LD, I just knew it was a dream. In this one, I was watching tv and noticed the text on the menu didn't make any sense. That's when I became lucid. I got up and walked a little, slowly. (another first) Then I got up and tried to fly, but it didn't work. After that, I kinda woke up. I just need help making my LD's last longer, cause they're very short. Is there a way?

SWEET!!!!! good job man. i need more LDs im jelous. i hear spinning in the dream makes you reconnect with your dream body and the environment may change or get more vivid. try that.

also last week i noticed in a non lucid when i laughed really hard i felt really clear and energetic. try that too. i have yet to try it in an LD . as soon as i get one that last longer than 10 seconds i will!! haha

i also hear looking at your hands and imagining how clear they are helps with clearity. that and shouting "clearity now" or lucidity increase. who knows. try it
