Does how tired you are, or how much your body needs sleep affect your LD's?
Yup, though it can vary from person to person. When you're sleep deprived or very tired, your body drops quickly through the lighter sleep stages and rapidly enters REM. This means you'll begin dreaming VERY soon after falling asleep, making it an ideal time to try a WILD. Getting too much sleep can aid dreaming too. Have you ever just kept going back to sleep for a half hour or so at a time after waking up in the morning? When you do something like that, you're rapidly going into 15-30 minute REM cycles, then waking up, making for excellent recall and lots of dreams.
Ok so after waking in the morning after about an hour it will help to go back to sleep?
