A small query.
I seem to have a bit of trouble with WILDs. When I first tried them I could get to the hpynotic imagery, which was amazing. But when I try a WILD I either; can't do it or run out of patience.
However, many many times recently I've just been lying in bed, having a lie-in, not even thinking about WILDs at all and I begin to get very very strong vibrations. Yesterday this happened and it has been happening quite regularly. Now I can never seem to get past the vibrations. Yesterday I vibrated for a few seconds and stopped. Then this process repeated itself over and over again at short intervals.
My problem is that as these vibrations are completely random, I am never prepared for them. Thus I always get excited and lose them. I would appreciate it if someone could give me some tips on wether I can predict when one of these random vibrations is going to happen or how to induce a WILD more quickly when I attempt one.

that was my problem recently. i would be going along and vibrations would come and jolt me wide awake and then they were gone. over and over. no idea how to resolve that.
but the other day i did WBTB and felt the strongest vibrations ive ever felt and they stayed with me until i heard some HS and felt waaaay different all over but kept feeling a major zap that shook me out of the trance. i would say make sure you are really tired when u try it and then the vibrations may stay longer for ya.

Oh and I also find it hard to breathe through my nose when I try a WILD. Will breathing through my mouth as opposed to my nose make any difference to obtaining a WILD? I'm just wondering because I know breathing patterns are helpful.

sometimes the deeper i get into a wild it feels like my throat is closing up on me. and today it felt like my tongue was falling back almost going down my throat aswell. try what i do. close your mouth really tight and just make a suction and hold it there. seems to work for me
