Okay, so I sometimes forget to do reality checks and i get so busy with stuff. I need help on how I can always do reality checks and not forget to do one.
You can make yourself some reminders. Like a sticky note on a laptop, on a doorway, in a bathroom, rubber band on a wrist, alarm on your clock...
Once you get used to doing RCs, you should stop using the reminders, so you don't get depended on them. Hope this helps:alien:
In addition to what gab said you can also do a RC whenever you physically do something. For example, walking through a door, brushing your teeth, getting into a car, etc.
My friend made a joke out of it everytime something weird happened he would shout REALITY CHECK! and do a reality check lol
You can add some sort of alarm or reminder on your phone or watch or something you always carry with you. Also if you have a watch then whenever you look at it you can do a reality check really quickly. Finally you can make reality checks become habits by every time you go to the bathroom doing a reality check etc. If you do this long enough, you will begin to do it naturally.
In addition to what AFYTXR said, if you program your watch to beep and you do an RC whenever you hear the beep; you can wear your watch to bed and there may be a chance that you hear the beep inside your dream and become lucid. :)
