A few days I ago I decided to do some image streaming while I was drowsy and as I fell asleep I kept unconciously recalling all the things I was seeing as I shifted into theta, Then out of nowhere I said ".....I see an ocean....this is a lucid dream" I didn't even realize it was a lucid dream until I had finished my sentence, My subconscious was self-aware.
I wish I could control that better, its so much more reliable than DILD. I almost always have this happen to me on a day off, when I pass out in the middle of the day. I always get to watch whatever I'm thinking about when I shift towards sleep, I just need to remember not to get lost in it and I think I'll do better.
That sounds awesome! I might look into it, so I can do it myself. ;)
