I am starting the technique od ADA (All day awareness) and i was wondering if you guys have some techniques to how to start.
Hi! I just read KingYoshi's guide to ADA last night. It is a really good tutorial on how to start ADA, and how it can greatly help you increase your LD count. It convinced me to start using this technique. One thing that you could do, is to practice ADA in short "sessions" throughout the day. KingYoshi explains everything in more detail in his post.
You can find his tutorial in Forum -> Lucid Dreaming -> Attaining Lucidity -> Induction Techniques. You should be able to find it pretty easily.
He has a lot of good tips on how to start out, so I really think you should check it out. Hope this helps!
