Caffeine
Hey guys, it seems like every time I try to wild I can't even make it to sleep paralysis, or at the very least my hands go numb before I fall unconscious.
I have read that caffeine can keep your mind more awake, what do you guys think? I don't want to get addicted to the stuff and I'd rather be successful without any "outside help" but I want to wild very badly.

Having a little caffiene helps me when I WBTB -- but I've never been successful with WILD, so I don't know if if would help with that or not -- I'm guessing that it might help a little.
But I stress: a little caffiene. Not a couple cups of coffee, but maybe a cola or a chocolate bar. I wouldn't think you'd grow any kind of an "addiction" from that, especially if you only did it a couple times a week. But I can also understand your desire to do it completely on your own.

only problem with that is that it might make you have to pee...so maybe try caffeine in capsule form if you want to try that? :D

you're not trying WILD at night are you? i hope not....
anyway i heard its ideal that you drink a little caffeine...i remember someone saying a specfific amount of ounces, but i forgot, but it's definitly not a can of coke..much less..maybe like half or a third...i think :P..anyway drink that after like 5 hours of sleep and then go to bed..it might work with WBTB as well

caffeine isn't very addictive and it is likely that it will help you with your WILDs.
But, as far as the amount goes, it's different for each person so no matter what, you're going to have to do a little experimentation with it to find out what works for you. I would suggest starting with maybe a can of soda or half a cup of coffee. You know your own body best, and if you've had caffeine before, try to gauge from past experience.
