Regular LDers - what method do you use?

If you are a person who is able to induce lucid dreams regularly, such as 3-4 times a week, or about a third or more of the times you try - what method do you use that has been so successful for you? For example, do you use CAT? WBTB? Do you use MILD, DILD, WILD, or some other method or combination? Details are even better - if you WILD for example, what do you think about during the process?

I normally use a combination of techniques. I preform RCs and question reality throughout the day for DILD, repeat mantras for MILD, preform WBTB in conjunction with another MILD, and then preform DEILDs when the opportunity arises but I don't go out of my way for them. I'm going through a bit of a dry spell but this normally gets me several per week.

During a DEILD or WILD I try to visualize something... it could be a place i have been to or a recent dream. At some point those visualizations turn into the stuff dreams are made of. P.S. Don't try so hard... if it happens, it happens.

I practice RCs, mantras and awareness, hope for a DILD, try for WILDs in morning naps every chance I get, and keep an eye out for a DEILD.
