Success with DIELD
After practicing the DIELD technique for about a week, ive just had success with it and i was able to make one lucid into two for the first time.
So i was 100% lucid trying to use some powers and what not, and my dream suddenly began to fade, so i remembered the advice about remaining still, and it was actually really easy to do so as i woke up as i was already conscious, and for me as i started to think about the last scene of the lucid dream, my mind started to picture where i was and "fade" me in, and as i went back there was a visual count down from 10 - 1 before in front of my eyes just before i could go back into a lucid dream which i found pretty amusing :P but once it ended i was back to my fully lucid state.
i actually tried this again at the end of my second lucid dream but when i woke up i may of lay still, but my heart started to race which was what i think kept me awake (i think it was due to excitement or nervousness).
But in my lucid dreams i had had tried for the third time to use powers (the powers i like to attempt to use are "bending the elements" like firebending/waterbending etc) but when i was punching the air trying to create fire, my punches were extremely slow (just like in non-lucid dream fights when you find it hard to punch your opponent) is this meant to happen? or is there a way around this? i could not create and fire or lightning.
I also had another strange problem, when i started to fly (which was actually easy thanks to the advice that i have been given from people off this website!) when i looked below myself the fields and hills etc were made out of simplistic boring square blocks, just like in minecraft. which made the experience dull, and also when i was flying fast over the fields as i looking infront of me to what lay ahead, the world was even "loading" like it would on minecraft (where the land in the distance had to create itself from a grey void before it became visible) which also made the experience unrealistic and disappointing. how can i make the scenery just like real life mountains, and amazing sights?
But overall i am so pleased to have these lucid dreams in one night, despite the unrealistic scenery when i was flying, i still had a awesome and interesting time, and i know now how powerfull the DIELD technique can make one lucid dream become 2-5 more in one night! thanks for reading this, and if you could comment with some advice it would be much appreciated and would help me out next time i am lucid, thanks :)

Good job! You gotta imagine your punches are faster than lightning. Your mind already has them going slow because it is in dream mode. Kick your dream in the teeth and tell it you can move fast. If you struggle again, try taking a pill that allows you to move fast. The same for lightning and fire. For fire I would recommend practicing in waking life by being around fire a lot or by punching and imagining fire coming out repeatedly. :) good luck!

And sometimes land can be a variety of things. To me it's one of the more challenging things to change. But again, it has to do with confidence in what you're doing. Know it will happen and everything you want to happen will.
