My algorithm in LD - daytime
Hi everyone ! i decided to elaborate a daytime algorithm to help me in LD . i think its just a way to motivate myself, im no expert nor i have experience beyoind 2 LD, just hope it may be helpful to someone too.
so my strategy is daytime mnemonics + Meditation . i think its the basis of Lucid Living !http://www.dreaminglucid.com/files/durso.pdf
i wont talk much about about meditation of course, but id like to say its important achieve a right balance between attention and relaxation. It will be more important to train informal ( = all day ) meditation than only formal meditation and theres no point in straining attention too much. the best method is just bare awareness of what we are already aware alternated with short moments of more focused object attention, otherwise you can create a very narrow and tight mind.
