      lucid dreaming+ prescription drugs

      I'm on 6mg melatonin a night and 45mg of concerta (methylphenidate hydrochloride. prolonged release, over roughly 12 hours)
      this is because i have trouble sleeping, and also i have ADHD.

      I'm wondering if any of these drugs could be affecting my ability to
      -recall dreams
      -have lucid drems
      -the detail in which i remember dreams

      I'm wondering this because my dream recall isn't brilliant, i'm one of those people that always believed that they don't dream, because i could never remember anything.

      I don't think so, from what I got you shouldn't have any trouble recalling dreams. How much dreams and how vividly would you remember every night? I usually only remember one or two which is pretty low compared to some others on this site.

      i rarely remember dreams, ive been away a while, but im going to keep working on it, because dreaming is cool
