      what is the best one to use when u have only slept 1 hour in 30 hours?

      i have never lucid dreamed before, i am dead tired and its 9:45 PM... what technique should i try tonight?

      i drank a 500ml can of Mother energy drink a couple of hours ago, it has vitamin B6 and B12 in it. i hope this helps me... i also ate a large muffin that had a lot of sugar in it at the same time..

      If you familiar with WILD, try that. If you practiced for DILD, try that, if WILD doesn't work.

      well i tried the wild where u wake up 4-6 hours later i woke up after 5 hours sleep, i was too tired to actually get up for an hour so i think i may have ruined it... and where u say something over and over in your head til u fall asleep... i did that but i only had a very vivid dream... or dreams... i only remember one but i am sure there were 2 or 3 dreams

      If you sleep deprived, or during nap, you should go straight to REM. That helps with WILD attempt. But you not mentioning if you read some tutorials, so I'm gonna mention WILD (sageous) tutorial. REM and supplements may help, but best thing is to know the basics (I'm not implying that you don't know them) and be ready for everything.

      If you going for a DILD, you just go to sleep normally while saying your mantra. But for that to work, you should practice during day awareness, RCs, mantras. Check out DV Academy if you wish.
