I've been trying to have lucid dreams for a while and i noticed that I usually have them when i can focus on lucid dreaming (e.g. thinking i'm good at LD over and over) until i fall asleep. Every time I WBTB and focused long enough i had a LD.
The problem is that most of the times i just get lost in my thougths and fall asleep thus not achieving lucidity.
So how can I get better at focusing until i fall asleep?
