i don't understand how to enter the dream. The last time i tried wild, i went through sleep paralysis and even saw a hallucination. i tried wild after getting around 4 to 6 hours of sleep. I keep myself awake by repeating a mantra but nothing happened. Any help is much appreciated.
WILD is like shooting a basketball, you may get it in the first try, but miss the next 300. Or you might be a natural at shooting. The best way to get better at it is to "check your form" and make adjustments based on what works and what doesn't work. I WILD about once a week, but I try it 4 times a night. 1/28 tries doesn't sound too good. :P My form is getting better though, because it used to be 1/50.
Repeating a mantra is a good anchor, I would suggest experimenting with different ones and you should find out pretty quickly which is right for you. Visualization paired with mantra is what works best for me, because it keeps enough of my mind actively on dreaming.

I would also like to add that you should write down all the subtle differences in your DJ if you have one. After getting a few just write down what you did differently for the one that worked and concentrate on that.
