I heard that milk and dairy products like that is good to eat/drink before going to bed, to help increase ur' change of an LD. Is it true? What else would you reccomend? :)

well, i dont know if that's true. I think anything with the vitamin B6 and/or melotonin would help, but it would be much better to just take the concentrated pills, but don't get dependent on those.
